Applications are invited for a temporary 100% Psychologist commencing August 26, 2015 until June 30, 2016.
Prairie Valley School Division has 39 schools in 32 communities with approximately 8,000 students and 1,100 employees. The successful applicant will provide collaborative, consultative, and direct services to students, teachers and parents. The applicant will have the ability to work independently, interdependently, and participate as a contributing member of a variety of teams.
Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Psychology or Educational Psychology
Registration in good standing with Saskatchewan Association of Psychologists
Ability to conduct psycho-educational and behaviour assessments and write functional reports (please provide report samples)
Familiarity with a variety of informal and formal assessment tools
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team setting
Experience in the K-12 educational sector
