Description

Reporting to the Mill Maintenance Supervisor, this position is responsible for the following duties:

Responsibilities include:  
    The ability to carry out daily task assigned by supervision and senior staff members
    Must have a working knowledge of mill process measurement and control instrumentation
    A willingness to clean or calibrate selected process instruments on a daily or weekly basis
    Must have strong communication skills, with an ability to clearly communicate directly to other departments and department personnel
    Should show initiative in improving or suggesting ways of improving the methods and strategies used to measure and control the mill processes

Skills and Qualifications for the position include:
    Instrumentation Engineering Technology schooling
    Industrial Maintenance experience is an asset
    Some working knowledge of DCS systems, PLCs, SMART field devices, Windows based application software
    Fisher- Rosemount, Delta V, Device Net, Modicon PLC training is an asset
    Some troubleshooting ability
    Willingness and ability to work independently, as well as, part of a team
    Capable of taking direction from senior team members  

Work Location & Schedule:
    McClean Lake, 1 week in / 1 week out  77 hours/week - Friday travel day.
    Travel day may change depending on operational needs.

Pick-Up Points:    Saskatoon, Prince Albert, La Ronge, Buffalo Narrows and the designated communities in the Athabasca region of Camsel Portage, Uranium City, Stony Rapids, Fond du Lac and Wollaston
