The company has a career opportunity for qualified applicants at PotashCorp Lanigan, located 100km east of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
This position is responsible for all aspects of underground ventilation, rock mechanics, ground control, microseismic systems, and any pertinent work related to mine operations. The position will also be involved in ongoing research projects and studies.
Preference will be given to candidates with a relevant technical diploma or engineering degree, supplemented by training in related fields. Two to four years of relevant experience in an underground environment in addition to experience in supervision in an underground potash mine is highly desirable.
The successful candidate may be required to undergo a background check. All safety sensitive positions require a substance test in accordance with PotashCorp policy.
