Position:
Accent Credit Union has a career opportunity for an experienced Retail Operations Manager.  The position reports to the CEO and responsible to lead the Retail/Member Service Area of the credit union.  The position is based in Quill Lake Branch with regular travel schedule to our other branches.

The retail operations manager is a dynamic leader to lead the communication, education and provide overall leadership to the Retail/Member Service team.  This position is responsible for the management of retail and compliance policies/procedures.  This position will act as the credit unions Anti-Money Laundering, Privacy and Market Code/Complaint Handling Compliance lead.

The Retail operations manager will be a hands-on leader and must have past experience and demonstrated proficiency in all areas of the member service-retail roles in the organization in order to provide overall department leadership, communication, and resolve complex problems on behalf of the retail services team and compliance areas.

Qualifications:
Experience/Education in the financial industry is required.  Ideal qualities include demonstrated experience in the retail/member service and compliance areas combined with leadership experience and knowledge in the financial industry.  The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills  orally and in writing and has proven ability to build and sustain effective working relationships with staff and members along with a commitment to self-development, self-motivation and able to work individually and as a member of a team.
