Canadian Light Source Inc. (CLS) is the national synchrotron research facility on the University of Saskatchewan campus. Visiting researchers (users) from academia, industry and government institutions come to the CLS to explore the nature and structure of molecules.
Recognizing the need for continuous improvement, and aspiring to build on the status as the brightest light in Canada, CLS has created a new Project Delivery Team structure and is searching for an industry leader to take on the role as Project Delivery Manager. An action and results oriented leader is needed to fulfill a unique opportunity to collaboratively build a strong project delivery process and culture. Working within the larger organizational framework the incumbent will strive to enhance the project delivery brand of CLS. With a strong background in project delivery, the incumbent should have demonstrated success implementing customized and innovative processes, including educational and accountability components.

Ability to function as a thought leader in a matrix reporting structure
Qualifications: A relevant post-secondary degree and professional designation is preferred. A minimum of eight years of combined work experience in progressive project management roles. Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered where demonstrated success is clear.
