who will grow with this trusted restoration company, which impacts emergency situations, through a strong foundation of respect. Leadership assures that everyone gets the opportunity for additional training, better than industry standard wages and is part of a cooperative team.
The right candidate will take charge and manage emergency mitigation of water damaged properties using IICRC standards, and solve technical, people and compliance issues. You will set standards and assure they are consistently met, as the leader of a team by providing appropriate feedback. You are experienced in applying structural drying technics and operate a truck mount extraction unit and can prove it.
Transferable skills and knowledge that you have gained from this industry, or other, will also be considered in the hiring process.
The wage will be negotiated dependent on experience and knowledge brought to the table.
You must have a valid class 5 driver's license. must have valid references.
