Seeking seasonal full time chef for our fly in
fishing lodge on Reindeer Lake,
We are seeking a professional and driven chef with a proven record and/or kitchen management experience. This creative professional is responsible for menu creation, purchasing, cost controls, inventory and exceeding guest expectations. The executive chef should be capable of delivering four star cuisine for up to 30 guests per day plus preparing some staff meals.
BONUS will be offered
Seasonal position beginning early June ? late August/early September
Tip sharing paid out at the end of the season
