General Summary:

The beauty advisor is the product expert providing friendly, knowledgeable service to all clients, while expressing and elevating his/her artistic abilities.  They determine the clients needs and suggest relevant products, and encourage clients to try on the product by providing make up or skincare applications. In addition to contributing to a pleasant and organized working environment, they are responsible for maintaining the stores appearance by ensuring standards of store cleanliness and organization, according to SEPHORAs concepts.  


Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must have the ability to multi-task, while being attentive to the needs of the customer and the business.  They must provide professional and outstanding customer service, and maintain a professional relationship with brand partners, key stakeholders, peers and other leadership.  They should also possess effective time management, problem solving and communication skills, and should be a High School graduate or equivalent.  Education and product experience in skincare, makeup and fragrance is desirable.   Availability to work flexible hours and days, including weekends is essential.
