Personal Lines Associate 1 is an entry level position that supports internal and external clients in a professional/confident manner.  Contribute to the effective and efficient delivery of services within defined service standards.

Roles and responsibilities:


Contribute to the department quality and service standards by completing work assigned

Process new business, cancellations, changes and renewals and provide appropriate correspondence to policyholders, agents and financial institutions

Support inquiries from internal and external clients and take appropriate action

Review risks, update policies and escalate to underwriting as per guidelines

Review and rate policies for renewal when appropriate

Identify problems and escalate appropriately

Working Conditions:

Physical: Regular office environment. Some overtime may be necessary during peak periods.
