Responsibilities

-    Provide customer service to the Saskatoon branch by promoting and managing front counter sales
-    Promote the sale of products by informing customer on product benefits
-    Maintain front store inventory, print and record cycle count and perform inventory investigations as needed
-    Answer incoming calls
-    Process feed orders
-    Maintain continuous communication with the sales team, operations staff and drivers
-    Provide administrative support to the management team
-    Process invoices and account receivables
-    Prepare bank deposits
-    Maintain drivers logs and trip reports
-    Maintain vehicle records such as registration, maintenance and repairs


Qualifications

-    High School Diploma
-    3-5 years in an office environment
-    Sales experience considered an asset

-    Superior customer services skills
-    Excellent communications and inter-personnel skills
-    Ability to handle internal and external customers with courtesy and professionalism
-    Excellent organizational abilities, high attention to details
-    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi task
-    Ability to work independently with minimal supervisor as well as in a team atmosphere
-    Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office and various computer programs

Salary
$33,000 to $38,000 (Depending on qualifications)
