Description

We are Couture Window Fashions, located in Saskatoon with an immediate ( Starting Work May 18) need for an Administrative Assistant/Office Reception.

We are seeking an energetic and professional individual, with superior customer service skills, demonstrated judgment, initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of our team.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

-    Provide exceptional customer service to clients and potential clients, with a welcoming greeting over the telephone and onsite.
-       Attending to the customer by phone and onsite.
-    Answering and re-directing all telephone inquiries
-    Offering and serving clients and potential clients refreshments (coffee, tea, espresso, etc.)
-    Entering data into a data management system
-    Booking keeping using Simply Accounting software
-    Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

-    Excellent communication skills
-    Proficiency in oral and written English
-    Outstanding customer service skills
-    Professional telephone etiquette
-    Ability to organize and prioritize workloads to produce high quality results in a timely fashion
-    Experience with phone line system, fax machine and email
-    Computer experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), as well as database and internet applications
-    Previous office experience
-       Saskatchewan Driving License.
