Position Overview
Reporting to the Facility Manager, the Operator is responsible for the day to day facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Oil treating, treater and aerial cooler operation
Centrifuge, floc mixing, hopper and shaker operations
Injecting water, maintaining injection filters and associated pumps
Truck unloading, accepted products, product separation and crude blending
Tank Operations, skimming and transfers
RO System and Glycol exchangers
Equipment maintenance
Computer data entry
Active in turnarounds at the plant
Heavy Equipment operations, loader and skid steer
Qualifications and Education Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
Grade 12 or GED
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Experience in oilfield waste management, heavy equipment and valid industry safety tickets absolute assets
Adheres to all safety and performance standards
Strong computer skills detail oriented
Solid communication and customer service skills
Responsible, reliable team member with ability to take direction, and work with minimal supervision
Availability and desire to work shift work is required
