Job Summary:
The Administrator is accountable to St. Paul Lutheran Home Board of Directors and Director of Health Services South for the overall organization, direction, management, coordination and evaluation of programs and services.
St. Paul Lutheran Home is an Eden Alternative home that seeks to create a vibrant community for our elders and staff.
Experience:
Experience in health care
Extensive experience in Administration, Management, and working with Non-profit organizations
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
Degree in a health related field
Equivalent combination of experience and training will be considered
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to be proactive and creative in decision making
Ability to lead Board governance and relationships
Ability to understand and exercise empathy in the provision of services
An understanding and commitment to the vision, mission and values of the region
Excellent management, leadership, organizational and decision making skills
Superior communication skills
