Prairie Plant Systems is seeking an individual in an exciting, unique opportunity. This position is in the health care field. As the company continues to grow at an exponential pace, the Customer Care Supervisor is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with patients and promoting patient loyalty.
Primary Responsibilities
Preparing and sending renewal notices
Proactive patient interactions and education largely through outbound telephone calls triggered by: renewal notice, new patient satisfaction, inactive patients, order deviations, service failure or escalated patient complaints.
Coordinating and conducting patient surveys.
Filing, clerical support, etc
Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience in a customer service environment will be considered an asset.
Computer skills are required in Microsoft programs and databases.
Must have strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong attention to detail
Ability to speak fluently in both official languages in considered an asset.
Salary will be based on skill levels and education. PPS offers a comprehensive benefits package. Incumbents will be required to pass a Government of Canada Security check, a criminal record check, a pre-employment drug test, and must hold Canadian Citizenship or Landed Immigrant Status.
