Our client is seeking a highly motivated, efficient and well-organized professional for the position of EA to the CEO with accountabilities to the Executive Leadership team and the Board of Directors.  

This is a full time permanent position located in Saskatoon.  

The Role:

Able to handle highly confidential work-related matters with minimal input and direction.
Review, prioritize, direct and/or delegate all correspondence requests. Follow-up as necessary while ensuring confidentiality, timeliness, consistency and accuracy.
Maintain a comprehensive filing system.
Provide leadership to the administrative support team to ensure collaboration and professional interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
Administrative support to the Executive Leadership team including strategically coordinating Executive calendars, organizing and facilitating meetings, coordinating travel itineraries and appearances, and processing arrangements for conferences.
Provide support and guidance to the Board of Directors in terms of meetings and committees. This includes organizing all Board meetings, creating meeting packages, providing minute taking services for required meetings, maintaining a calendar of events for the Board of Directors and coordinating schedules for Board events.

The Ideal Candidate:

A certificate/diploma in business education
Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in executive administration
Strong computer skills in Outlook, Excel, Work, and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with all levels of internal and external customers  
Highly organized with proven ability to prioritize
