Description

Timeline Logistic International has a great opening for a qualified Admin / Accounting Assistant to provide support in a professional, team-oriented office.

If you are detail-oriented and have a flair for numbers, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity!

Admin
- Daily follow up and act on Driver and Equipment alerts / reports  
- Monitor and manage the annual equipment registration and safety renewals    
- Maintain internal lists, spreadsheets and databases.
- Assist the Quality Manager in the internal audit process    
- Coordinate the Orientation schedule of new drivers, including online training set ups & truck registrations etc.    
- Respond to Regulatory, Client and Supplier emails and faxes.

Accounting
- General accounting including A/P, entering sales records, coding and reconciling GL and related accounts, processing payroll    
- Build strong working relationships with employees and vendors, encouraging the flow of timely and accurate information.
-  Learn and become knowledgeable with the in-house software program.  


Experience & Education:
- Grade 12 education.  Accounting or Office Education training a definite asset.
-  1+ years of experience in similar role.
-  Proficient in Word and Excel.

-  Professional and trustworthy.  Enjoys working with a high amount of details, and thrives in a fast paced, challenging work environment.
