I am presently looking for a self motivated leader that would have an interest in a working relationship that would eventually have that person owning the majority if not all of my construction company over a set period. 5 to 7 years the goal. Person must be able to lead and oversee employees and handle all aspects of construction. Ideally the person should be from the Swift Current area already.
