About the role:
This position will report directly to the president and CEO, acting as the personal assistant and while offering a range of administrative support.
This job will start as full part-time and has full-time potential for the right individual.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Answering all phone call and email enquiries
Schedule and attend tenant suite showings
Coordinate and track move ins/move outs
Follow up on rent collections
Enter and follow up on work orders
Maintaining rental unit advertisements
Accounts Payable
Dealing with the Office of Residential Tenancies and forms
The individual will also be required to commit to being on call to answer paragon calls. Casual evening and weekend work may be necessary.
Qualifications:
Experience in/Knowledge of the property management industry
Knowledge of classified ad posting sites (ie: Kijiji)
Committed to providing excellent customer service
Cheerful and polite disposition
Organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated and professional
