Maple Farm Equipment is looking for an enthusiastic individual who can manages service operations within our Wynyard dealership. This individual will be responsible for optimizing Service Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction, growing profitable service labor sales, exercising disciplined expense control, attracting and retaining outstanding talent and effectively engaging department personnel. This position requires a high degree of job ownership and is accountable for a Service Department that provides exceptional Customer Service. This person must implement, create and maintain a team environment within department, location and within all our locations.
