The Town of La Ronge is seeking a qualified individual to perform the duties of Lead Hand for the Recycling Depot. Reporting directly to the Manager of Waste Management, this position will be responsible for many of the daily operations of the recycling depot.
Some Duties of the Waste Management Lead Hand include:
Operation and general maintenance of equipment (compactor, baler, forklift, skid-steer);
Accurately record tonnage and complete reports;
Identification and sorting of materials per recycling requirements;
Quality control of outgoing product;
General maintenance of recycling building; and
Some supervisory requirements.
