The Finance Office Manager will be responsible for the ordering of all office and office related supplies, including printing, cartridges, postage, etc.
The Finance Office Manager will directly oversee all of the annual office related budgets.
The Finance Office Manager will directly produce quarterly financial statements and perform monthly bank reconciliations for multiple Mission accounts.
The Finance Office Manager will manage the Missions entire benefits package.
The Finance Office Manager will also process the Missions semi-monthly payroll.
The Finance Office Manager will maintain all accounting and donor databases for the mission, ensuring their accuracy and security, and may be called upon to provide various financial and donor reports from time to time.
The Finance Office Manager will manage the monthly donation program. (CAFT)
The Finance Office Manager will verify and approve all Gift-In-Kind donations.
Distribute non-donation mail to the appropriate staff and departments (via central mailbox system)
The Finance Office Manager will develop and implement a weekly schedule for their staff.
The Finance Office Manager will supervise their staff/team (receptionist and financial clerk), and in doing so ensure that all of the regular bookkeeping/accounting tasks (including daily deposits and bill payments), the addressing of donor concerns, and receipting is completed.
The Finance Office Manager will maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere within the Finance Office, as it is the central hub for the entire organization and receives the most amount of visits from donors, the general public, various user groups, and contractors.
