Skill Requirements:
Experience : 2 to 4 years
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Work Setting: Restaurant Supervisory Experience: Food and beverage servers, Food service counter attendants and food preparers Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Establish work schedule, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Supervise and check assembly of trays, Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
Additional Skills: Establish methods to meet work schedules, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods
Ability to Supervise: Staff in various areas of responsibility
