OVERVIEW
Evraz Place is seeking a Productivity Manager to be the Manager on Duty and to be responsible for ensuring a high level of productivity for the evening shifts in food and beverage, janitorial, facility staff, security, labourers and arena staff at Evraz Place.  The Productivity Manager is a member of Evraz Place's management team and works collaboratively with senior management, management, supervisors and leads to ensure evening shifts run efficiently and effectively while maintaining a professional and high quality service oriented environment.  This position will maintain a visual presence and provide leadership and support to Evraz Place by guiding and directing the diverse operational staff to deliver on work goals and ensuring adherence to Evraz Place's policies, standards and processes.
The ideal candidate will have Bachelor's degree in Business, a related field, or a combination of relevant education, training and experience.  As well as extensive assistant manager or management experience in an operational role within an organization coupled with demonstrated experience managing a diverse group of staff in different departments/units, experience managing in a unionized environment and experience in a customer service, tourism/hospitality, sporting, events and entertainment industry is preferred.
