Our client has a great opening for a qualified Admin / Accounting Assistant to provide support in a professional, team-oriented office.

Admin
- Write and prepare letters, memos and correspondence.
- Prepare and maintain filing system.
- Maintain internal lists, spreadsheets and databases.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Answer/respond to client and company emails and faxes.
- Process high volumes of paper work.
Accounting
- General accounting including A/P, entering sales records, coding and reconciling GL and related accounts, up to the preparation of financial statements.
- Build strong working relationships with sales representatives, employees and vendors, encouraging the flow of timely and accurate information.
- Learn and become knowledgeable with the in-house software program.
Experience & Education:
- Grade 12 education. Accounting or Office Education training a definite asset.
- 3+ years of experience in similar role.
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
