As Technical Recruiter, you will be a vital member of the Employment Network team helping Individuals find a job they really love and providing expert recruiting solutions to Employers.

Your responsibilities will include:
Recruitment
-  Assist organizations in identifying position and candidate requirements with emphasis on hard to fill and specialized technical, engineering, construction and finance specialties.
-  Source, screen and qualify candidate skills/interests to meet employer needs.  Identify best fit opportunities to facilitate career goals and success.
-  Provide research, report preparation, database management and administration.

Marketing/Business Development
-  Attend career fairs, community events and company fundraising activities.
-  Work on a professional level with business representatives, community organizations, educational institutes and associations.

Maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times.

Education & Experience:
-  A related Degree/Diploma with a Technical, HR or Marketing focus is preferred.
-  Recruitment and marketing/sales experience in a fast paced recruitment setting.
-  Experience in the technical, engineering and/or construction industries is a definite asset.

Personality/ Desired attributes:
-  Excellent client service attitude, high energy and ability to thrive within a fast paced, multi-tasking team environment.
-  Attention to detail and a drive for results.
-  A commitment to diversity and appreciation for candidate/client perspectives.
-  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
