MACSI is an affiliate of the Metis Nation of Saskatchewan and is a non-profit corporation providing alcohol and drug recovery services and counselling programs to Saskatchewan residents.

The Human Resource Generalist manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources in the Prince Albert Treatment Facility.  The Human Resource Generalist manages, identifies, and creates the administration of the policies, procedures and programs.  The Human Resource Generalist carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: payroll, petty cash, scheduling, benefits, orientation, employee relations, training and development, and organizational development.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


    Business Certificate and/or Office Education Certificate, and/or 3+ years of experience in a similar Human Resource role
    Excellent communication, interpersonal relation skills, and writing skills;
    Proven advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
    Hold a valid drivers license;
    Must be able to obtain Security Clearance
