This role includes, but is not limited to, the following primary duties:
- Prepare, format, proofread, edit, brand and assemble reports, proposals, financial statements, business correspondence, tax returns and presentations with minimal direction
- Monitor deliverables to meet deadlines and ensure compliance with Firms standards
- Take ownership for completion of client deliverables, initiate preparation of related documentation and review for completeness and accuracy prior to release
- Provide support to quality and risk assessment process and related documentation
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings (including live meetings, conference calls and video conferences)
- Attend meetings/calls and transcribe minutes
- Leverage use of available firm resources (eg. Shared Services) for transactional tasks
- Complete expense reports on behalf of the practitioner
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- CRM administration including contact and engagement management
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years work experience in a complex, professional services work environment and in a similar role
- Advanced level knowledge of common industry software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, as well as Deloitte resident packages such as CMS and CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships with all client levels
- Proactive and highly organized with an exceptional ability to multi-task
- Ability to respond to requests in a timely manner
- Strong commitment to client service and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for continuous learning relevant to the role
- Flexibility to meet our client deadlines which may occasionally require overtime
