McHolm Law Office is a law firm, specializing in the fields of real estate law, corporate commercial law, wills and estates, and estate planning. We offer our legal team a range of benefits including, parking and group insurance beneifts.
We are currently looking for a qualified Legal Assistant to join our firm to start in this position immediately. The successful candidate will have completed a recognized Legal Assistant Program, or equivalent work experience, with the ability to perform well in a fast paced, environment while demonstrating a high level of attention to the detailed nautre of the work assoicated with this position.
Familiiarity with ISC Land Titles OLS System, Corporations Branch, PC Law, and MS Word, and filling out Mortgage Documents is an asset.
Will also be responsible for day to day tasks such as answering telephones, responding to emails and other correspondence, and filing
