Description

The Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority is seeking Peak Season Workers, Customer Service Representatives (CSR), at various Saskatoon Liquor Stores in addition to part-time CSRs at Store #505, 8th Street and Store #571, Confed in Saskatoon.
Please clearly indicate on your application which position(s) you would like to apply for (ex: VAC#08/F16 B/C).
A. Seven (7) Peak Season Workers
- Peak Season workers will be assigned shifts between May 10, 2015 and September 12, 2015.
- We will have some shifts available during weekdays; however, most shifts will occur in the evening and on weekends.      
- You must state your availability to work the various shifts outlined above. (If you are only available for evenings, please tell us what time you are able to begin work.)
- You must complete online safety training as part of your employment conditions.
B. Four (4) Part-time Customer Service Representatives, Store #505, 8th Street
C. Three (3) Part-time Customer Service Representative, Store #571, Confed
Reporting to the Store Manager or designate, a CSR is responsible for providing positive customer experiences at SLGA liquor stores by ensuring that all customer needs are met. The CSR creates a welcoming environment and establishes a relationship with the customer by greeting them upon entry, providing assistance to locate products, answering questions, presenting and discussing SLGA products and services, supporting store operations by receiving and stocking shelves, and ensuring the legal sale of beverage alcohol. The CSR position is physically demanding as it is required to repeatedly lift beverage alcohol cases weighing up to 40 pounds. This position requires individuals to be dependable and self-motivated while ensuring a demonstrated one-team approach through communication, organizational and collaboration skills.
