Description

We are looking for a Pharmacy Consultant with at least 5 years of clinical experience.  We are specifically looking for someone with solid experience in IV Admixture Programs, working with clinical IV Therapy Programs or Home IV Programs.
You must be able to travel throughout the province to assist in upgrades to the Provincial Smart IV Pump Program.  Solid knowledge of IV Policy Development, Procedures for development of an IV Medication Library and IV safety procedures is required.  1/2 time to full time work available from May through December.
Clinical project implementation experience is preferred.
Ability to work on a multi-disciplinary virtual team is essential.
Can be located in either Saskatoon or Regina.
