David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client, a not for profit organization, to recruit a Records Management Clerk based in Regina.
The person in this position will be reporting directly to the Office Manager and the role will require a very organized individual with strong time-management skills. The successful candidate will have Information Management experience and be professional, efficient and comfortable entering large volumes of data into a database.

The Role:
Sorting and preparing documents approved for imaging, including all emails and faxes
Scanning, indexing documents according to criteria established in the Electronic Image Manual
Coding and Classifying all information received
Retrieving information and files from the Records Office as requested by the employees within one hour of receipt of the request or immediately if urgent
Assisting with the development and continuous improvement of organizational procedures related to the disposition of records
Keeping office files organized
Creating and updating spreadsheets in Excel
Performing data entry
General administrative duties including providing reception coverage and ordering office supplies
The Ideal Candidate:
At least 2 months of experience as a records management clerk - records management diploma preferred
Basic Microsoft Word skills with experience creating templates and headers and footers
Basic Microsoft Excel skills with experience creating templates and entering data
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multi-task
Excellent attention to detail
