Main duties include:
-setting up breakfast each morning
-ensuring the breakfast items are well stocked
-maintaining the safety and appearance of the breakfast area
-cleaning and prep for next day
Attendants are also tasked with acting as a representative of the hotel and therefore are required to provide a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere to guests
Saturday and Sunday 7:00-11:00 A.M.
Dishwashing Skills
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand

Counter Attendant and Food Preparer Skills
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars
- Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
- Keep records of the quantities of food used
- Prepare, heat and finish simple food items

Kitchen Helping Skills
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash
- Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
- Handle and store cleaning products
- Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
Bussing Skills
- Set tables
- Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
- Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
