DUTIES:
The position is responsible to prepare and cook individual dishes and meals. The cook will help oversee the kitchen operation, monitor supplies and ensure food quality. This person is expected to keep a clean and tidy kitchen and work area along with abiding by safety and sanitation requirements. This position requires shift and weekend work along with other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Grade 12 education is required. The successful candidate must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced team environment with minimal supervision. Previous kitchen and food handling experience is preferred.
