Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Health & Safety, the Return to Work & Safety consultant is responsible for facilitating and monitoring the Employee Return to Work Program
Required Qualifications:
Clinical Degree/Masters Degree in the area of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy of Kinesiology with clinical experience and/or post graduate level training in functional rehabilitation, functional assessment, RTW Planning and case management
Registered with the appropriate body
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Demonstrates knowledge of Saskatchewan Employment Act/OH&S Regulations, Alberta OH&S Act and Regulations, Human Rights Code, Labor Standards Act and Collective Bargaining Agreements, Saskatchewan/Alberta Workers Compensation and third party insurer policies and procedures
