Document Management - Scanning Room/Mail Room
We are currently recruiting for a scanning room person with administration support for a large company in Lloydminster. This is a contract position ending Dec 2015, with a working schedule of Monday to Friday 8- 5 and a wage of $20/hour.
Qualifications:
Solid organization skills;
Excellent attention to detail;
Good Telephone, interaction and communication skills;
Strong spread-sheeting skills
Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word and Internal databases
Duties:
Scanning room;
-Scan and upload documents to proper files
-Organize files
- Repetitive tasks
-MOCs
Mail Room;
-Sorting mail
-Delivering mail to proper departments
- Accuracy
-Data base coverage
May occasionally be required to cover front desk/reception.
