Ma Premiere cole is seeking a permanent, full-time instructor, fluent in both English and French, beginning in September 2015.
We are seeking an instructor who:
is optimistic, energetic, and passionate about early childhood learning
can foster creativity and self-confidence in young learners
understands French Immersion Kindergarten programming and can prepare preschool children for successful entry into Kindergarten
can create a positive learning environment through management plans that foster the growth and success of each learner
is excited to form positive relationships with parents, volunteers and board members as well as the St.
Andrew community
The instructor is responsible for designing and implementing age-appropriate programming and instruction for all Ma Premire cole preschool programs. The instructor is managed by the board of directors and may receive assistance from parent volunteers. The position is paid at $22.50 per hour, includes sick leave (payable if not taken) and paid prep time.
The preschool follows the Regina Catholic School Board calendar and has approximately 30 children enrolled across 4 classes. Classes are offered every morning from 9:15 to 11:30 and every afternoon from 1:00 to 3:15.
Early childhood education and experience are valued. A criminal record check will be required. The position will begin September 2015.
Ma Premire cole Preschool is a parent managed, non-profit, preschool located in St. Andrews Catholic Elementary
School, that offers educational programming for three to five year olds. Our goal is to prepare students to be successful in French Immersion Kindergarten. We offer a high quality learning environment with many opportunities for students to advance and grow beyond their current level of knowledge and abilities.

- Arrange transition periods such as lunch and rest for children
