The City of North Battleford is seeking a permanent full time Finance Manager. This position reports directly to the Finance Director and requires the successful applicant to perform a wide variety of financial management including General Ledger Management, Annual Budget Preparation, Quarterly Management reporting to Council, yearly Statutory Audit and management of the Fixed Asset Registry and Central Purchasing Function.
The successful applicant will be team oriented, have strong computer skills with major accounting software platforms and a high level of competence with Excel. Also must have strong communication and presentation skills. Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in economics, business or a related field and be a Certified Accountant.
