Responsibilities:
Analyzing product requirements and devising test cases that will thoroughly test each requirement.
Testing software applications on multiple platforms (Windows, Web, and Mobile).
Identifying and documenting defects.
Assisting with post-release support issues by facilitating communication between development team and support staff.

Qualifications:
Strong organizational, analytical, logical, and communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail, tenacity, and a reputation for being a perfectionist.
Ability to learn quickly and understand the balance between working independently and relying on the expertise of others.
Experience with different software applications and knowledge of commonly accepted principles in user interfaces.
Comfortable working with geographically distributed and multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in software testing is an asset, but not required if you possess a post-secondary degree with the above qualifications.

Bonus Qualifications:
First-hand knowledge of the retail or wireless industry.
