The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the following:
Administer the Saskatchewan Immunization Program for Well Baby Clinics & assist with the School Program, in accordance to FNIH regulations & policies;
Conduct physical assessments for prenatals, postnatals, infants & children; provide appropriate documentation and referrals, as needed;
Plan, implement, evaluate programming (including budgeting) for Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program (CPNP), Maternal Child Health (MCH) & FASD, as well as providing supervision of the MCH Workers;
Deliver presentations/facilitate groups in formal & informal settings (clinic, school, community);
Organize seasonal Flu Clinic campaigns for the community; and,
Assist with communicable disease follow-ups, when necessary.
