Description

Theodore ABC Daycare Inc. in Theodore, SK is looking for one full time Summer Childcare Assistant to work with children, assisting in preparing and providing age appropriate daily experiences for a group of infant, toddler, preschool or school age children.  
Temporary (May to end of August).
The successful applicant will be assisting with the children's activities, supervising, interacting with the children and helping with the daily cleaning of the centre.  Other duties may be assigned by the director.

Requirements:
Student must be enrolled at the time of employment at a secondary or post-secondary school or institution, and returning to full time studies after the period of employment.  Full time studies at a post-secondary institution are considered a minimum of three classes.

Criminal record check, Child abuse registry check, and TB test results must be submitted prior to first day of work.  Current First Aid/CPR "C" (or willing to obtain).

Applicants must be:
Willing to work as part of a team
Able to problem solve
Able to assist and implement activities
Able to work with children aged 6 weeks to 12 years of age.

Experience:  Preferred but employer is willing to train the right candidate.
