Kanuka Thuringer LLP is looking for a temporary full-time receptionist in our Regina office to cover a maternity leave. The successful candidate will possess a combination of the following skills and traits: present themselves in a pleasant, professional manner; have strong communication skills; be extremely attentive to detail, adaptable, self-motivated, and have the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will also possess strong organizational skills, ability/desire to learn, and be comfortable with computers and technology.
The position will involve responsibilities which include, but are not limited to:
- answering a multi-line phone in a calm, professional manner
- greeting clients
- maintaining electronic filing systems/general file maintenance
- effectively communicating with clients, lawyers, and other staff members
- multi-task and juggle numerous tasks
- assist with the library filing
- handling of mail
- other tasks as assigned
