DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS


Your Activities Will Include (but not be limited to):
         Develop and implement effective business plans and strategies for assigned account growth, analyze customer base market conditions and forecast future needs.
         Set and achieve forecasted growth targets for core product lines.
         Maintain gross margin to meet forecasted targets and improve gross profit margins as directed by Sales Management
         Interact effectively with customers to develop a personal awareness of their operations and needs.
         Practice and demonstrate needs driven selling skills, which includes: understanding the elements of strategic selling, identifying the customers value system and using team selling concepts where appropriate
         Meet communicate and cooperate with vendor sales representatives


REQUIREMENTS:

    A valid drivers license and good driving record
        While fluid power background is preferred must at least have experience selling industrial type machinery/equipment/components in an outside sales environment
        Mechanical Engineering Degree is a plus
