The Corporate Client Services department leads and delivers operational, administrative and client support services for a range of programs and products utilized by credit unions and commercial clients. Corporate Client Services team members focus on service excellence, innovation, cost efficiency, business retention, enhanced client relationships and profitability.
Key Outcomes:
This position is responsible for the delivery of front line client service to credit unions and corporate clients through effective client interactions, financial processing, reporting and analysis as well as ensuring compliance to legislated, regulatory and policy requirements. As the successful incumbent, you may focus on foreign exchange servicing, investment trade processing, wholesale deposit servicing and supporting a full range of corporate banking services, as dictated by business needs.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess 1 to 2 years post-secondary education and 4 years related financial services experience, preferably credit union experience. Your financial services experience will include general knowledge of financial products and services and experience working with banking applications.
