David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit a Bookkeeper based in Regina.
This role requires a self-driven individual with excellent accounting skills, who is highly organized with strong attention to detail.
The Role
Strong knowledge of Simply Accounting software
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Daily Bank Reconciliations
Payroll - including collecting time sheets from employees
Entering and reconciling employee expenses
Strong Excel skills required to upkeep various spreadsheets
The Ideal Candidate:
Cheerful, friendly and organized
College Diploma or Certificate in Bookkeeping/accounting
Accounting and payroll experience
Experience with payroll service providers, particularly ADP would be a strong asset
Experience with administration of Group Benefits would be an asset
Skilled in MS Office, particularly intermediate level skills in Excel
Should be detail oriented
