Description
Busy optometry practice seeks an Optometric Assistant/Medical Receptionist to join our team Responsibilities include but are not limited to: pre-exam work-up including competent recording of medial history and operation of specialized optometric testing equipment, scanning of medical charts, checking in patients, scheduling appointments, responding to telephone inquires, completing physician's daily tasks, and handling incoming and outgoing faxes.
Position requires a mature, professional and motivated team player with excellent communication skills. Applicant must be capable of multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.
