Denham Awning is looking for a talented, self-motivated, Professional to join our team as the Office and Production Coordinator.
In this position you will be responsible for managing the office, coordinating production and contributing to sales. A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a small team atmosphere are essential. A diploma or degree from a recognized college is preferred although experience in lieu of education will be considered. Experience working in manufacturing and production would be beneficial.
Duties include:
Office management for a staff of 10
Inside/outside sales and participate in business development
Assist with the production coordination
Estimating and invoicing
Requirements:
- Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, email , internet and QuickBooks
- Strong writing skills
- Solid cost accounting skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communications skills
- Supervisory experience
- Strong organizational skills
