Join our Team at the Ultrasound Clinic Melfort, with flexible hours to accomodate family responsibilities and avoid RSI . NO long commutes, NO after hours or on call, LOW mortgages!  NO weekends: therefore more 'me' time, family time or hobbies you need time for... TIME!
The Ultrasound Clinic Melfort Ltd. has been providing ultrasound services to North East Saskatchewan for more than 10 years.
Services include: General, Obs, MSK, vascular and small part ultrasounds, weekdays only, flexible 34-38 hours per week.
We are seeking 2 full time, skilled and motivated Sonographers, as well as locum opportunities available. Some relocation assistance available. Continuing education allowance for full time employees, as well as bonuses.
Locum opportunities and accomodation for locum services will be discussed with each applicant individually.If you are ready for a great opportunity,and is a graduate from a recognized training program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, registered with Sonography Canada (CRGS) or ARDMS.    This is foryou!
Skills assessment test (scan test) may be required for graduates from foreign training programs who did not complete the Sonography Canada Skills assessment process.
Specific skills:
*Operating ultrasound imaging equipment, produce diagnostic images for storage on PACS and interpretation by Radiologist
*Monitor and perform exams in a timely manner by using critical thinking and decision making
*Preparing a technical report sheet for review by Radiologist
*Planning, organizational and time management skills
*Computer skills an asset
*Communication skills both written and oral
*Great Interpersonal skill

 - Monitor examination to evaluate quality and consistency of diagnostic images
 - Check ultrasound equipment to ensure proper operation
