Currently, Coles Bookstore is looking to hire one Part-Time individual (2-3 shifts a week) to become part of a close-knit, customer focused team. If you are great with people, love to read, and do well in a high task-based job, this position may be for you! Must be available at least 3 weekdays (9am-6pm) and occasional weekends. As a CER, you deliver inspirational customer care throughout the Indigo store. You play a critical role as the first and last point of contact for our customers. You sell our books and life-enriching product lines with passion and enthusiasm, and provide a delightful, inspiring experience to each customer every time they visit our stores.

Your Experience
Previous employment in retail or the services
Have worked in sales or merchandising
Knowledge of Indigo product lines and offerings is an asset.
