Description

Louis Dreyfus Commodities has been one of the leading merchandiser and traders in international commodities markets since 1851.  Our canola crushing plant in Yorkton, Saskatchewan has a opening for an Admin Associate. The successful candidate will have a High School diploma as well as Administration experience.  Advanced education in Business Admin would be an asset.  We are looking for a strong dynamic addition to our team.  Training will be provided to the right candidate.

This position is responsible for Administration and settlement duties while maintaining customer service.    

Primary Responsibilities include:
    Develop and manage customer base and producer relationships via face to face meetings, emails and telephone calls.
    Manage producer discrepancy issues verbally.
    Manage/update information on web page.
    Manage contract maintenance using telephones, face to face meetings and computers
    Assist in settlements to ensure timely payments to producers.
    Provide back up to Accounts Payable and Administration clerks.
