Description

Responsibilities:
Ability to meet guests needs, answer questions,
resolve minor issues.
Help create a positive work environment through
teamwork and cooperation.
Cash handling responsibilities.
Responsible for guest check-in/out. Making reservations
Telephone handling, provide callers with accurate information
regarding the facilities, rates and availability
of accommodation within the hotel.
  Ensure that hotel entrance, lobby and public washrooms are clean.
Assisting housekeeping as needed.
Follow Health & safety guidelines at all times.
Follow policies & procedures at all times.

Qualifications:
Experience in Guest Services an asset, but willing to train.
Positive attitude
Strong communication and guest service skills
Ability to work in a fast paced and multitasking
environment.
Computer skills an asset
Friendly and enthusiastic.
Neat and tidy appearance.
Keen eye for detail.
Reliable and flexible to work varied shifts.
